Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly extremely unhappy with the transfer policy in Saudi Arabia and has decided to boycott the league.
According to reports from users on the social media platform X, Cristiano Ronaldo has left Saudi Arabia and traveled to Portugal. We previously reported that the 40-year-old Portuguese striker of Saudi club Al Nassr could leave his current team during the summer transfer window following a disagreement with the leadership of the Saudi Arabian Sports Committee.
The issue reportedly stems from Cristiano Ronaldo’s opposition to the transfer of Karim Benzema to Al Hilal. He believes that such a move undermines the sporting integrity of the entire league. Moreover, this situation has already begun to affect other transfer dealings within the competition.
