The French forward trained normally with the rest of the team in Valdebebas, easing concerns about his physical condition ahead of the trip to England. If no last-minute problems arise, Mbappé is expected to travel with the team, although it is still unclear whether he will start the match or come on as a substitute during the game.
Carreras has also given encouraging signs. The left-back completed part of the training session with the group and is expected to be included in the squad list. If his recovery continues according to plan, he should also take part in the team’s training session in Manchester.
Real Madrid heads into the return match in a very favorable position after securing a 3–0 victory in the first encounter, creating a significant advantage ahead of the second leg at the Etihad Stadium.
Meanwhile, several injured players continued their recovery work away from the main group. Among them is Raúl Asencio, who is dealing with a calf problem. His availability for the trip remains uncertain, although he has not been completely ruled out of being part of the squad.
