Following widespread speculation about the future of Michael Olise, reports claim that Bayern Munich and Real Madrid have reached an informal agreement regarding the transfer market.
According to Sport Bild, Real Madrid are currently not in a position to pursue the Bayern Munich winger, while tensions behind the scenes between the two European giants have also eased.
It is reported that Bayern president Herbert Hainer and Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez agreed at the beginning of June on an informal “non-aggression pact,” under which neither club will attempt to sign players from the other without prior communication.
The agreement is intended to prevent unnecessary tensions and avoid artificially inflating transfer fees in the market.
Calm in Munich Over Olise’s Future
According to further reports from Sky and Transfer Update – The Show, Bayern Munich remain completely relaxed about Michael Olise’s future.
The German club believes there have been no negotiations or contacts from Real Madrid regarding the French international.
A source within the club stated:
“Bayern are 100 percent convinced that Olise will stay this summer.”
Real Madrid Deny Any Interest
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have officially denied making any contact with the player or his representatives, emphasizing their strong relationship with Bayern Munich and expressing disappointment over the media speculation

The Spanish club stressed that any potential interest should always be discussed directly between the clubs, maintaining mutual respect.
At the same time, Bayern Munich are planning to extend Michael Olise’s contract until 2031. The Frenchman is expected to become one of the club’s highest-paid players, alongside stars such as Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala.
Olise’s current contract in Munich runs until 2029. The 24-year-old joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024 for a release clause of just €53 million and has since enjoyed a remarkable spell in Munich.
In 107 official appearances, he has scored 42 goals and provided 54 assists.
