Donald Trump has posted on Truth Social, warning that “an entire civilization will die tonight and will never return again.”
Trump has given Iran a deadline until 8:00 PM Tuesday, U.S. local time (which corresponds to 2:00 AM in Central Europe), to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
“An entire civilization will die tonight and will never return again. I do not want this to happen, but perhaps it will. However, now that we have a Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radical minds prevail, perhaps something revolutionary and wonderful can happen—WHO KNOWS? We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world. Forty-seven years of blackmail, corruption, and death will finally come to an end.
