Bayern Munich are preparing an extraordinary move to keep Michael Olise at the club, aiming to fend off interest from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
According to the German newspaper Bild, the Bundesliga giants want to extend the 24-year-old Frenchman’s contract by significantly increasing his salary. Currently earning €12 million per year, Bayern are reportedly ready to offer him a new deal worth €22 million annually.
With this move, Olise would join the ranks of Bayern’s highest-paid players, alongside stars such as Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala, who each earn around €25 million per year.
Bayern’s management reportedly view the player as completely untouchable, declaring that he is not for sale “even for €500 million.”
