Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool remains uncertain, as the Saudi Pro League is preparing a massive offer to make the Egyptian star the new face of the championship.
According to reports, Salah could triple his current salary of around £400,000 per week if he agrees to bring his nine-year spell at Anfield to an end.
The Saudis see him as the ideal successor to Cristiano Ronaldo, who could leave Al-Nassr following recent tensions with league officials.
Interest in Salah is not new, as he was also a top target last summer, while recent reports of a cooling relationship with manager Arne Slot have further fuelled speculation about a potential departure at the end of the season.
Liverpool, meanwhile, could be tempted by a huge financial offer, both in terms of wage savings and a substantial transfer fee, for the forward who has scored 251 goals and won everything with the club.
