Real Madrid have officially announced the contract extension of German defender Antonio Rüdiger.
The Spanish giants confirmed that the 33-year-old has signed a new deal that will keep him at the Santiago Bernabéu until the end of June 2027.
Rüdiger was entering the final year of his previous contract, but the club’s management decided to extend his stay, rewarding his consistent performances and his vital role in the team’s defensive line.
Since joining Real Madrid on a free transfer from Chelsea in the summer of 2022, the German defender has established himself as one of the cornerstones of the Madrid side. He has won several trophies with the club and has become one of the leaders of the Los Blancos defense.
